We own a Farmpro tractor, an older one. We needed a new radiator so my husband called Affordable Tractor to see if they had or could get one. My husband gave them the make, model and year. When the radiator arrived it was the wrong one but my husband admitted he was at fault because he had given the store the wrong engine number. We returned it at our expense. After talking more with Chris, the one we dealt with the entire time, he said he could send the right one out as soon as they received the other one. About two weeks later the radiator arrived. My husband took it out and immediately started to install it but it did not fit. Too big. So my husband called Chris again and explained that it had to be the wrong one. He then took pictures of the old one and the new one side by side. The differences were obvious. He then forwarded the photo to Chris. Chris called my husband back the next day and said that his boss told him that the Farmpro company changed to new a system several years after our tractor was made and the radiator they sent was the one for the newer models. My husband asked them why did they send it, they knew the year was wrong for our tractor. My husband was aggravated now because he had to return another radiator and Affordable Tractor said it was at our expense again. We sent it by UPS and upon arrival at Affordable Tractor, they called and said that it was damaged beyond repair. They were not going to refund us the $350.00 dollars. UPS would have to refund us. Upon calling UPS and reporting the damage, they said they would have to pick up the radiator and investigate. We received a call from the UPS office several days requesting more information. My husband had to call the store to get the information from Chris. But Chris no longer works there. My husband is honest and has never cheated or stolen. Mistakes were made by the store but they have chosen to cover them up and hide them. I am thankful we took the photos. We know everything was fine when it left us. They will never have our business again.
